6 WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE:

Mission in the Kitchen

Fit is Fabulous and our members certainly are fit. But now it’s time to shape that plate! Coach Jessica is running this challenge to help refine your nutrition knowledge, challenge your prepping skills and take your race training closer to the finish.

Coach Jessica will be conduct 3 Mini Nutrition Seminars providing an overview of proper nutrition and offering a general meal plan to start us off. We will provide nutritional materials, recipes and offer support through our Facebook Challenge page.

Each participant will be measured and have their Body Fat % taken to start. The winner is determined through the most Body Fat % lost over the span of these 6 weeks.
