Comparison is the Greatest Thief of Joy

Reminder: life is a marathon, not a sprint.  Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s highlight reel.  Real life looks a lot different with a filter and a couple quotes or hashtags attached to it!

Building a Healthy Relationship…with your Food, Rethinking Your Reward System

This post is a little difficult to write, as I don’t have a ton of research or facts to streamline for you and instead speak mostly from personal experience.
